About the role:

An entry level position, the Client Strategy Coordinator’s primary function is learning and development. You will support the national Sales team with basic-to-intermediate Client Strategy requests, honing your skills and gaining an understanding of the business in the process. Initially relying heavily on the support of others, you will eventually develop the ability to work autonomously.

 

A day in the life:

Whilst there’s no typical day in the dynamic world of media, you can expect your role to involve the following:

  • Respond to everyday Sales requests (e.g., Universe and/or Orbit reports)
  • Assist with the management of the Monday.com workflow / dashboard and any team inbox enquiries
  • Deliver low-complexity brief responses and assist with higher complexity briefs
  • Provide explanations, rationale and recommendations to the Sales teams on simple-to-intermediate complexity brief responses
  • Competency in JCDecaux insights tools, platforms, data, and resources
  • Knowledge of JCDecaux products, terminology, packaging and strategic value of the portfolio
  • Knowledge of Out-of-Home and broader media industry terminology
  • Support team members with briefs, management of Marketing Hub pages and non-brief-related work
  • Provide input/opinions in brief response meetings and WIPs
  • Offer suggestions on how to improve repetitive or manual tasks, and assist with driving these suggestions forward
  • Performs above tasks in a timely way with minimal errors, revisions or supervision

 

About you:

You’ll have a curios mindset and a strong eye for design & high-quality output and enjoy working with a cross section of stakeholders. As well as:

  • Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Developing Nielsen CMV
  • Accurate with data 
  • Strong written & verbal communication
  • Proactive & Independent thinker 

Desirable:

  • Degree or intern experience in Media (Publisher or agency side) is desirable but not essential
