About the role:

As a Finishing Operator you will be responsible for operating Finishing Machinery, monitoring print quality, packing and ensuring daily KPI’s are met. Good communication, attention for detail and a thorough work ethic is required to excel in the role.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-establish Outdoor Advertising Printing business that has been operating for over 19 years. You will be working in our Finishing Dispatch department along with a team of dedicated staff.

A day in the life:

• Ensure that relevant finishing, packing procedures are effectively managed and followed.
• Manage and achieve finishing, packing, and dispatch deadlines against schedule due date.
• Record finishing machine information on completed job tickets.
• Ensure relevant campaigns are delivered on time and achieve safety, time, cost & quality outcomes.
• Takes responsibility for improvements and quality control

About you:

To succeed in this role, the following experience and qualifications are essential:

• Strong work ethics, self-motivated with a “can do” attitude.
• Strong Communication skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Excellent day to day preparation skills.
• Previous experience operating Finishing machinery and Print substrate knowledge would be an advantage.
• Forklift licence is desirable.
