About the role:
Join JCDecaux Australia as our Group Sales Manager (NSW), leading a high-performing team across some of our key agencies. You’ll own revenue growth, strengthen agency partnerships, and coach a talented team to deliver standout Out-Of-Home solutions.
A Day in the Life:
Whilst there’s no typical day in the dynamic world of media, you can expect your role to involve the following:
- Foster a high‑performance culture through the development and coaching of your team and building trusted cross‑functional relationships
- Lead revenue delivery with sharp planning, forecasting and pipeline discipline.
- Maintain a strong visual agency presence, building deep, multi-level relationships across buying, planning, strategy and digital.
- Respond to briefs with compelling, insight-led solutions
- Drive new business, grow share of market and champion JCDecaux across the agency ecosystem.
About You:
You’ll be someone who demonstrates readiness to embrace change and adapt to future market developments, as well as
- 5+ years in a high-value media sales environment with proven leadership of small teams.
- Solution-selling, negotiation and executive-level communication skills.
- Discipline with CRM (Salesforce) and sales process; comfort with MOVE and campaign metrics.
- A growth mindset that values collaboration, ownership, bravery and excellence.
