About the role:
As a Senior Account Manager, your role is to generate high profile exposure for JCDecaux in the Media marketplace. You will set the benchmark with regards to highly professional standards, always leading by example, inside & outside the office. You are open to change and have a preparedness to adapt, be creative and inquisitive in order to progress in the future.
A Day in the life:
- Individual Budget achievements while understanding & working towards delivering the overall business goals of team budget success
- Implement relevant skills and mentoring programs for Sales Coordinators and Account Executives
- Agree, promote and suggest weekly KPI’s for the Sales Team
- Working closely with GSM to lead account initiatives and communication
- Find, develop, and manage key client partnerships across the designated territory.
- You will play an instrumental role in establishing a High-Performance working culture within the designated sales team
- Achieve Sales Quarterly Targets
About you:
You’ll be someone with prior media experience, whether it be media agency or media sales. You’ll be motivated by driving business, growing relationships, and providing exceptional support. As well as:
- Minimum 2 + years’ in an Account Manager position
- High confidence in demonstrating leadership traits
- Refined Negotiation skills
- High level of communication skills
- Working proactively within a team environment
- Experience working with global or large, national clients is advantageous
- Tertiary qualification in Management, Media or Advertising (preferred but not essential)
