About the role:
The Audience Data Analyst plays a critical role in advancing key audience data initiatives by supporting efforts in data maintenance, analysis, and visualisation. The Audience Data Analyst will enhance training, optimise schedules, and manage critical data processes while fostering effective communication within the team and driving strategic audience insights.

A Day in the life:
- Assist in training team members on analytics tools and methodologies.
- Conduct business-as-usual analyses to support decision-making.
- Develop and update dashboards to streamline data access and insights.
- Collaborate on strategic data scraping projects.
- Use audience data to optimise campaign solutions for sales
- Aid in portfolio and trading optimisation through detailed audience analysis.
- Provide training support to enhance the team's analytics capabilities.
- Troubleshoot sales-related audience issues
- Support audience measurement system software and data testing
- Support site class maintenance, identifying discrepancies and process changes.
- Analyse the impact of Audience Measurement system data updates
- Facilitate effective communication with external partners like OMA and Fusion.
- Implement best practices for data cleansing across key data drops
About you:
You’ll have demonstrated experience within Data Analytics, have a high level of exposure to data management either through SQL or Excel and be a self-motivated person who can think in a unique and creative way. As well as:
- 2+ years experience in a data analyst role
- Experience with data management, either via SQL or excel
- Strong experience with data analysis, excel formulas or similar
- Exposure to coding and ETL practices
- Experience with data visualisation
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Relevant educational background
- Experience in media strongly regarded
