THE OPPORTUNITY:

Your role is to support and contribute to the operational effectiveness and efficiency within GSP Print operations, especially data system management, high level data entry, liaise with multiple departments, studio, production and JCDecaux Campaign Delivery Executives, overall communication with internal & external clients.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Contribute to ensuring zero harm to employees, contractors, suppliers, visitors and public.
  • Support WHS and environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives.
  • Ensure that relevant systems tools, such as Tharstern (our management information system), is effectively managed and updated.
  • Create job tickets for job processing, translating the received Fusion purchase orders and specified specs into Tharstern.
  • Cross check the job metadata against the Tharstern job specifications and push the job through to the Studio Team for proofing and client approvals (99% accuracy).
  • Adhoc tasks are required.
  • Responds effectively to clear direction, follows set procedures.

 

TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

      Essential

  • Experienced in using Microsoft Office programs in particular, excel, word and teams
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Ideally have a strong customer service background, excellent attention to detail, a team collaborator with good communication skills, being open and honest. Assisting other team members as and when required.
  • High level of organisational skills, ability to multi-task with good time management skills.
  • Liaise with key staff and departments to ensure customers’ orders and expectations are met on time and in full.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

 

     Desirable

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field e.g., Business, commerce, systems, operations.
  • 2 years Operations, business, or administration experience.
