THE OPPORTUNITY

In the role of a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for the maintenance of street furniture carried out in accordance with JCDecaux’s policies and procedures and with a high degree of quality and OHS awareness.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Undertake works in accordance with JCDecaux’s Integrated Management System
  • Understand & follow all relevant SWMS & Procedures
  • Work in compliance with all training required for role
  • Collaborate with Supervisor when implementing or reviewing any methods of work, training programs, safe working procedures and operational procedures
  • Ensure housekeeping is kept to the highest standard
  • Report progress of work / tasks through the relevant applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, reliability and discretion, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Participate in employee consultation meetings such as Toolbox sessions
  • Performance management, training and development, relationship building

 

TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

You’ll be someone who is motivated and have a high quality and safety focus. In addition to:

  • Traffic management qualification(s)
  • Drivers Licence (Open & MR)
  • Sound communication skills
  • Physically fit
  • Computer Skills – Intermediate
  • Flexibility, Reliability and Initiative
